South Forsyth Principal Laura Wilson describes her role as one of support for the students, teachers and staff at the school at the corner of Peachtree Parkway and Ronald Reagan Blvd. So add humble to the list of descriptive terms that fit this remarkable woman. Now in her fourth year as SoFo Principle, Ms. Wilson has done it all; from booster club president to Department Chair to Assistant Principal. And when she graduated from Virginia Tech, she didn’t even have education on her radar. Anybody currently attached in any capacity to a school community will benefit from listening to Laura’s honest comments on a wide range of topics; some lighter, some darker, all enlightening.
