SOUTH FORSYTH went over to Cumming Thursday night and put together its most complete game of 2023 at Forsyth Central’s stadium next to the City Center.. The 34-7 effort earned the War Eagles theifr first win of the ear and kepgt their playoff hopes alive. South improves to 1-7 overall, 1-2 in District 6 AAAAAAA. Central is now 2-6 overall but 0-3 in the district. Mlton won 45-14 over West Forsyth to take a commanding lead in distrct play at 3-0 West is now 2-1. Lambert visits Denmark Friday night. Both schools sit at 1-1 in the region, so this game carries a lot in the balance.
