Every once in a while you get a game that will be remembered forever. One for which the word “remarkable” falls short in its descriptive mission. This is that game. North Forsyth came out with an attitude and built a 27-10 lead midway through the third quarter. When South scored to close the gap to 10 to the delight of the home crowd, North answered to make it 34-17 with 9 minutes left in the 4th quarter and the clock on their side. Thirty minutes later in real time, the house was rockin as South Forsyth did everything they needed to do to pull out a 35-34 victory in an instant classic. The heroes on both sides were too numerous to count. That sheen on the field was the residue of every single player from both teams leaving everything they had on the field.
