South Forsyth looked a lot like the team that burried North Springs in the scrimmage a week ago. They played crazy on D and were balanced on O and got out to a 14=0 lead. With 1:12 left in thd half and the rain coming down like Noah was in the parking lot, and lightnng rippng across the sky like an etch a sketch picture, the refs put a halt to the action. It would be more than an hour before a decision on the futuree of the contest. Here is our live call with Greg Golden and Mike Newsome, and then the hilarious banter during the delay. The Chat provided listeners to participate during the live podcst and they didnt disappoint, sparked by the extended family of Spencer Harrison who were logged in across the country, and Will Watkins family in New York.. Another highlight was when Bobby Missos stepped into the booth. He did a fantastic job covering for me in the booth last season so I wangted to thank him personally since we’d never met. He was a terrific addition to our conversation that included topics loike Aliens in Dayton, Ohio, ou favorite early viideo games, and whether Michigan is now onpar with Georgia and Ohio State.
