Friday’s scrimmage at South Forsyth was a big time for War Eagle fans because it was such a turnaround compared to last week’s empty effort at East Forsyth. The SOFO boys really took care of business in their first appearance before the home crowd. Here are a few first half snippets as Greg Golden and Mike Newsome called their first game together in more than a year, that is, just the two of them. None are very long, some feature the offense, some feature the defense, and some feature the search for binocs.
