Homecoming was a splendid gathering, full of celebration and music and dreams of touchdowns in droves. Sadly , the War Eagles were shut out in a nightmare for South Forsyth as West Forsyth stepped up on both sides of the ball in a 38-0 shutout

.This week’s Coaches Corner allows the three leaders to address the tough season at hand and some surrounding elements that will be addressed over the next three games if what appears ti be another missed playoffs campaign

I asked in our discussion hadn’t this week’s opponent, Denmark, lost there first four games and nobody was sure, so I double checked. Denmark lost their first three, including a 1-point 35-34 heartbreaker to Atlanta Highway neighbor Cambridge. They then beat Alpharetta but lost to West Forsyth to start their season 1-4. But an unexpected win over North Forsyth and a thrashing of Forsyth Central has the Danes 3-1 and battling for the Region 6 6A crown. Join the guys as they discuss the goals for the rest of the season in this week’s Coaches Corner.

Also included here is the replay of the homecoming game vs West Forsyth, which was Greg Golden’s 250th career football game call.
