Ty Carnes is a local kid.  He played his middle school football at Otwell.  Ten years ago he hired on as a teacher and assistant football coach at North Forsyth Middle School.  Four years ago, when his mentor retired, he was named head coach.  Today he’s the curator of  back to back county champs, having dispatched of his opponents in the semi finals, 30-0, and Tuesday night’s final, 28-0 without allowing a single point or a hundred yards of offense.  So what does he have to say for himself?  Find out here, as we travel up to Coal Mountain for a face to face conversation with the football coach whose kids play basketball.  Enjoy the interview here, exclusively on Forsyth Sports 365.
