South Forsyth has no answers for Milton in losing 31-0.

In the GHSA Region 5 7A opener for both squads, Milton showed why they’ve been the Mac Daddy for the last several years.  Flexing their muscle on both sides of the ball the Eagles shut out the War Eagles 31-0.  Milton improved to 4-2 on the season, South Forsyth falls to 0-6. It’s the worst start to the season in South’s history,   where the first season was 1992.
Unfortunately, interference from technology-around the stadium caused interruptions throughout the evening until the second half so there is no replay.
in other scores around the region, Lambert defeated Forsyth Central, 40-3, and West Forsyth beat Denmark 21-7.  Next Friday, Milton travels to Forsyth Central, Denmark travels up one exit on the 400 to play at his South Forsyth (we’ll have that game for you here, broadcast time 7p, kickoff 7:30), and Milton travels to unbeaten Lambert.
